I have been in the care industry for over ten years. I have NVQ 2 & 3 and currently undertaking my third year as a student nurse.

In 2013 I was employed as a HCA at a Nursing home in Dorset. Mrs Line was the dedicated trainer, who undertook my induction and any on-going training. I have worked for big care companies, but I can honestly say that the training I received from Frances  was the most professional that I have received.

At Bournemouth University in my first session of clinical skills we were asked if anyone had worked in care in the community or in a nursing home because we were told that what we had learnt was most likely wrong and to forget everything. Until I had training with Frances that was very true. Frances' training was on an equal par with anything that I learnt at University. Frances’ training was delivered in the same professional manner of university training.

Mrs Line was always available for matters on training and manual handling issues, even if it involved ringing her when she was not at work.

I can honestly say that when Frances left the Nursing Home, the standard of training dropped rapidly and hence the level of care.

I did various training courses with Frances. Each was very educational and easy to understand. All of the courses were made to be as fun as possible and she always brought chocolate! Over a period of six months I was lucky enough to receive training from Frances. My first two days of induction training were fun and informative. Frances created a relaxed atmosphere that enabled the course to flow and for me to learn.

Frances is very knowledgeable on all care subjects and I found her to ber very approachable and no question was ever to silly.
