Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are between Two Line Training and the Client (person, persons, company named).
Please understand that by ordering any of our courses/services you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
When placing an order, the client affirms that they are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
Course attendees need to be physically able to carry out practical procedures.
Two Line Training may engage qualified associates to provide courses, in addition to its own employees.
Fees and Payments
A 25% deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
Full payment will be required, not more than 14 days after the start date of the course.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
If the course is cancelled less than 10 days prior to the start date of the course, then the Course Fees will be not refundable.
If the client cancells the course, 10 days or more prior to the start date of the course, then 75% of the Course Fees will be refunded.
Two Line Training reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule a course only in exceptional circumstances. If Two Line Training do cancel a course, we will make every effort to reschedule at a mutually conveinient time & venue.
A refund will not be issued after the course has been completed if students do not pass either written exams, or practical assessments.
All practical assessments and written exams will have to be passed before certification can be issued.
Certification will not be issued, until all course fees have been paid in full, unless otherwise agreed.
How to Pay
Course fees may be paid using either bank transfer or credit/debit card.
The Invoice will include details of how to pay.
Two Line Training shall be entitled to charge the Client interest on overdue invoices from the date when payment became due, then day to day until full payment is made.
Data Protection Policy
Introduction
The Centre is fully committed to compliance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 ("the Act"), which came into force on the 1st March 2000. Therefore follow procedures that aim to ensure that all employees, elected members, contractors, agents, consultants, partners or other servants of the Centre who have access to any personal data held by or on behalf of the Centre, are fully aware of and abide by their duties and responsibilities under the Act.
Statement of Policy
In order to operate efficiently, the Centre will collect and use information about people with whom it works. These may include members of the public, current, past and prospective employees, clients and customers and suppliers. In addition, it may be law to collect and use information in order to comply with the requirements of central government. This personal information must be handled and dealt with properly, however it is collected, recorded and used, and whether it be on paper, in computer records or recorded by any other means, and the safeguards within the Act to ensure this.
The Centre regards the lawful and correct treatment of personal information as very important to its successful operations and to maintaining confidence between the Centre and those with whom it carries out business. The Centre will ensure that it treats personal information lawfully and correctly.
To this end the Centre fully endorses and adheres to the Principles of data Protection as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.

Two Line Training is committed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. At Two Line Training we pride ourselves on our outstanding training services but also towards protection your information.
As defined by GDPR, Two Line Training is a Data Controller and consequently responsible for the information this it holds and shares. We take this responsibility seriously but would like to reassure you that we do in-fact hold limited personal information about you. All information that is held (such as a record of training provided) we take all reasonable measure to keep it safe and will only keep it for the required timeframe.
All personal information held or processed by Two Line Training is done in accordance with the GDPR under article 6(1)(a) which the consent of the Data subject or (6)(1)(b) for the performance of a contract. Full consideration will be given to requests in the exercise of an individual’s rights.
