Who is the Course For
Nursing and Care Staff.
Course Content
- Recognise legal implications and legislations associated with food hygiene.
- Recognise ways in which your own health and hygiene may pose a risk to others.
- Be aware of safe ways to store, cook and serve food to prevent contamination.
- Understand Hazard Critical Control Point (HACCP) Analysis.
- Food purchase.
- The main food poisoning bacteria.
- In-transit protection of food.
Course Materials
- All those completing the course will be issued with a Certificate.
- A full set of Course Notes will be issued to the Manager of those attending.
Notes
Two Line Training reccommend that more advanced courses are undertaken by chefs.
